Steen has worked with finance, investor relations and corporate communication for more than twenty-five years and holds a M.Sc. and an Executive MBA. Before co-founding Impact Partners in late 2009, Steen was head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Ørsted. Prior to that, Steen played a key role in the listing of Lundbeck where he was responsible for investor relations, financial planning and corporate communication. Earlier in his career, Steen worked for Reuters and Nasdaq Copenhagen.
Prior to joining Impact Partners in 2022, Louise worked as executive advisor for more than 15 years in Ørsted, A.P. Moller – Maersk, Maersk Energy and TDC Group. Her expertise spans reputation management, stakeholder engagement, corporate and financial communication, incl. listing-, M&A- and separation processes. Earlier, she worked as journalist at Berlingske Business. Louise has studied journalism and holds a BSc. in Criminology, an MEB (Industry Management, Energy) and an honors degree from CBS Executive Board Education.
Michael, who holds a M.Sc. Economics, has worked with financial communication and finance for decades and is one of the most experienced investor relation officers in Denmark. Prior to co-founding Impact Partners in late 2009, Michael was head of Investor Relations at Novo Nordisk, head of Investor Relations and instrumental in the spin-off and listing of Novozymes and head of Investor Relations at Ørsted.
Per has worked with media relations and financial and corporate communication since 1995. Prior to co-founding Impact Partners in late 2009, Per was Bureau Chief of Reuters in Denmark for more than 10 years. Per is originally a banker and has previously worked as trader in London and Singapore. He is a qualified journalist, and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) in financial management.
